Born in raised in Taranaki - Ashleigh has worked with a number of small to large, Taranaki businesses before founding Hatch Marketing Co, a local marketing and digital design studio dedicated to helping small businesses grow and thrive online.

With a background as a Sales & Marketing Liaison, her experience includes building eCommerce stores, implementing online booking systems, full website rebuilds, extending brand consistency, across multiple local and NZ businesses.

She’s seen firsthand how the right online presence and smart systems can transform not just how a business looks — but how efficiently it runs.

As a busy mum of two beautiful girls, she know all about juggling priorities and the value of keeping things simple and practical — especially when running a business.
